The Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced

FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in

Leigh.

This is a hands-on role combining FLT duties with warehouse responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a demanding environment and willing to undertake manual handling duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders
• Using hand-held scanners
• Completing stock and warehouse administration tasks
• Manual handling and general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

✅ Valid FLT Counterbalance licence and proven experience (essential)

✅ Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment

✅ Ability to work as part of a team and independently

✅ Good level of English, including reading and writing skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge and confidence using warehouse systems

✅ Flexible approach to warehouse and FLT duties
