Wellbeing Connect Services is committed to improving wellbeing and access to support by connecting individuals with appropriate services, resources and opportunities. We work collaboratively with clients, professionals, community organisations and partner services to deliver coordinated, person-centred support.
We are seeking an experienced, organised, proactive and compassionate Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and programmes across Wellbeing Connect Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects remain on track, well documented and aligned with organisational objectives. You will work with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, monitor progress and support high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of projects, programmes and service initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action logs and project documentation and managing office diaries.
• Organise meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions, including preparing agendas and recording actions.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of project reports, presentations, briefings and progress updates.
• Collect, organise and maintain project data and information to support monitoring and evaluation.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and project outcomes.
• Support the coordination of events, training sessions, engagement activities and other project-related activities.
• Ensure project activities are delivered in line with relevant organisational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with data protection requirements.
• Support budget monitoring, purchasing and invoice administration where required.
• Contribute to project reviews, evaluations and lessons-learned activities.
• Undertake other duties that support the effective delivery of Wellbeing Connect Services aims and objectives including business support, assessment, advocacy and monitoring.
