An opportunity exists for outstanding school leaders (Primary Phase) to work as part of our Senior Education Leadership Team within The Howard Partnership Trust. and has become available due to a recent resignation. We are looking for candidates to work at Cuddington Community Primary School in Worcester Park. initially on an interim basis to 31 December 2026 with possibility for this to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

Alongside the Principal, you will provide inspirational leadership, that will further improve Cuddington Community Primary School for the children it serves. You will bring with you experience of excellent practice in teaching and learning and in providing opportunities for children, helping to ensure that the school is a hub of the fantastic local community of which we are so proud. In this role you will have responsibility for inclusion and amongst your other responsibilities will have some classroom teaching responsibilities.

You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy empowering others. You will share our belief that what matters is that every young child should have the opportunity to achieve and become their very best.
