The academy is committed to supporting ambitious graduates who want to build a long-term career in education, after your 12 month placement, you would likely be enrolled into an Maths Teacher Training programme enabling you to become a fully qualified teacher within the next 12 months - this would be a fully funded qualification which would come along with a teacher training salary.

The Perfect Candidate

We are looking for an ambitious graduate with a genuine passion for Mathematics and a clear desire to become a teacher.

You must have

  • Strong desire to become a fully qualified Maths Teacher
  • A

First Class or 2

1 degree in Mathematics or a strong Maths-related subject

  • Strong

GCSE Mathematics results

  • Strong

A-Level Mathematics results

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The confidence and ability to work with young people
  • A genuine ambition to progress into

Maths Teacher Training

work full-time in the UK
