Clinical Team Leader

About this role

Experience in the Mental Health Act is essential along with an aptitude for leadership - if you have the right skills and attitude, we can support you to develop the specific leadership skills required. The Trust has a suite of educational opportunities to develop skills and we offer team training opportunities and Deputy Heads of Service who are non-case holding in order to mentor and develop our Clinical Team Leaders with knowledge and critical thinking about safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection. You will be part of a wider All Age team, comprising administration, brokerage, commissioners, Deprivation of Liberty experts, proportionate care practitioners and case practitioners who provide a wide range of expertise and support.
