To work as a member of a flexible team enabling and supporting patients through the booking of outpatient services according to NHS plan access targets in a knowledgeable and courteous manner. To provide a professional, accurate and courteous appointments and reception service within the Cardiology Booking Service for the Cardiology acute and CDC service.
