Purpose of the role

To deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on a wide range of topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing. Requires frequent travel to a range of education and community venues to deliver face to face and digital sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes.

Essential criteria

GCSE level (minimum 5 passes) or equivalent

Demonstrate experience of working with young people and/or adults including at risk or vulnerable groups who may not access mainstream services

Demonstrate understanding of the issues affecting underrepresented groups

Able to interact and engage positively and proactively with service users and professionals

Understand the principles of equality and diversity and able to interact with others inclusively

Able to network and build sustainable working partnerships with other professionals, agencies and key stakeholders

Proficient with IT and communication-based systems including databases and social media

Hours

Part-Time 22.5 Hours per week

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)

Contract

Fixed contract (up to 31/03/2028)

Office in High Wycombe, working throughout Buckinghamshire

Salary

£26,227.5 per annum pro rata
