Content Designer needed in Hackney

This is a temporary role and the rate is £233.75 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will design clear, accessible and insight‑driven content that simplifies complex services and supports seamless end‑to‑end user journeys. They will use evidence, user research and performance data to inform every decision, creating and iterating content that meets user needs and removes barriers.

They will prototype confidently — from quick sketches to fully‑formed digital mock‑ups — to demonstrate intent, influence thinking and show how content works in context. Operating as an experienced practitioner, they will collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines, building strong relationships and ensuring the user’s voice shapes every stage of delivery. They will champion style guides, patterns and best practice, contributing to a high‑performing content community, and will work at pace in an Agile environment where continuous improvement, learning and iteration are central to success.
