A school in Wimbledon are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone considering a career in teaching and wanting to gain classroom experience. It would be beneficial to have experience working with children previously but not essential.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working at a school that values strong relationships, is committed to ensuring children feel safe and happy through rich learning experiences. You’ll gain experience across different year groups and abilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and gain experience supporting children with a range of learning needs. There will also be the opportunity to lead small group interventions and activities, as well as extra-curricular activities.
For this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you’ll need to be enthusiastic about education and have excellent communication skills. You’ll also need to take initiative and be proactive in the classroom.
