This role will form part of a distinct and unique team that is being established within the Group HR Policy and Employee Experience team, as part of the HR Directorate, to work on a new and innovative HR Navigation project. This is a project that will aim to change how our staff interact with HR Policies, looking for new ways to present information, improve overall engagement and visibility, and take on best practice ideas, all whilst maintain the key requirements that our policies serve such as staffs terms and conditions and benefits.

The Project Manager role will form one key workstream in the HR Navigation project, and will play a critical role in ensuring content is not only user‑friendly but also technically structured and formatted for future AI utilisation. They will act as a key focal point for engagement with our staff, other government departments, agency colleagues as well as lead within the team on all AI elements.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to
Map out all HR policies and guidance across to maintain oversight of the scale of the project;Consider new approaches to HR policy layout and navigation with best practice ideas;Lead staff engagement and user testing to understand needs ensuring accessibility is a priorityLiaise with Other Government Departments and Agencies to explore best practiceEnsure updated products are technically compatible with AI tools;Provide key lessons learnt and proposals for future reviews, to ensure longevity of work.Ensure effective Change Management processes are in place to document deliverablesEnsure effective Change Management processes are in place to document deliverablesFor further information on the role, please read the attached role profile.
