Pharmacode Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers/Care Assistants to provide person-centred care and support to adults within supported living, domiciliary, and outreach services. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, supporting emotional wellbeing, medication prompting, companionship, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have good communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
