To be confirmedWe are looking for a welcoming, organised and practical Concierge to provide front of house and housing management support within our Lifehouse - Southwark Young People's Service. We provide safe accommodation and support to help young people achieve independence and positive outcomes.As a key first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment for residents, visitors and colleagues. You will handle enquiries professionally, support day-to-day building checks and administration, and help ensure the smooth running of the service.Key responsibilities; In this varied role, you will provide front of house services, respond to telephone calls and visitors, record messages accurately and complete general administration such as post handling, log books and handover reports. You will also support housing management tasks, including updating client information, recording rent payments and helping with data entry and statistical information.In addition, as the Concierge you will help maintain a safe and well-managed environment by completing building checks, monitoring CCTV, keeping health and safety records up to date, reporting maintenance issues and supporting emergency out-of-hours repair processes when required. You may also support scheduled cleaning of office and communal areas and help prepare void rooms to maximise occupancy.To be successful in this role;You will bring experience of working in a busy front office or customer-facing environment, with good communication skills and the ability to work positively with residents, colleagues and visitors. You will be organised, accurate and able to follow procedures, with good attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.You will be confident using Microsoft Office, email programmes and databases, and have a basic understanding of health and safety.
