What You Will Do

• Lead and support a team of cleaning staff to maintain exceptional standards across the school.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and welcoming.
• Monitor stock levels and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Support the smooth running of school events, assemblies and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and safeguarding procedures.
• Work collaboratively with management to continually improve cleaning services and standards.
• Provide cover and practical support to the cleaning team when required.

What You Bring

• Experience in a cleaning, facilities or operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to motivate and support a team to achieve high standards.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding service in a busy school environment.
