The Opportunity

We are seeking an Electrical Shift Lead to spearhead the engineering operations at a high-end, iconic landmark site right in the heart of Liverpool Street. Representing a premier, industry-leading Facilities Management company, you will be the technical anchor on-shift, ensuring this flagship corporate environment runs flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by Example

Act as the shift technical expert, managing a small team of shift engineers and ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance are completed to strict SLAs.

Maintain Excellence

Oversee the operation of critical and landlord assets, including lighting, power, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.

Safety & Compliance

Act as an Authorised Person (AP) or work towards it, issuing permits to work and managing specialist sub-contractors on site.

Client Relations

Serve as the face of the engineering team on-shift, interacting professionally with high-profile corporate clients and stakeholders.

Incident Management

Swiftly respond to and resolve critical plant failures, ensuring zero downtime for the business.

What We Are Looking For

-

Fully Qualified

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2) along with 18th Edition.

Testing Savvy

City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) is highly desirable.
