SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join the supportive and rewarding team at our SEN school in Cranleigh. Starting in September, these roles operate on a term-time-only basis, allowing you to enjoy the school holidays.

Salary & Hours

• £21,599 - £22,462 (based on 36 hours per week)

Working Hours

Monday 8:30-16:00, Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-16:15, Friday 8:30-15:45

Requirements

• Ability to adapt and interpret information for students across a wide range of abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organisation, and keen attention to detail to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective both independently and as part of a team
• An enthusiastic approach to learning, combined with a committed and empathetic nature
• Access to personal transport due to the semi-rural location
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
