my cleanerHUB is a new, smart booking platform connecting residents with trusted local cleaners. We combine intelligent workflows with real people to make cleaning simple and reliable. A bit like Airbnb but for home cleaning.

You choose your own rates and have full control over your own schedule! Based on your availability you'll be notified with new jobs via WhatsApp based on the rates you charge and the services you offer - it's entirely up to you whether you want to take them on!

You choose the services you offer, set your own pricing and control your availability. The platform offers you everything you need - supporting you with managing bookings, your availability, tracking your progress and paying you securely, while you build and manage your own client base.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

Deliver domestic cleaning services to a consistently high professional standard

Provide only the services you have chosen to offer on your profile

Complete regular cleans, deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans where selected

Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely

Pricing and Services

Set your own hourly rate or service pricing

Select which services you wish to provide

Update pricing and service selections as your business evolves

Ensure pricing accurately reflects the scope and standard of service delivered

Timekeeping and Attendance

Arrive punctually for all confirmed bookings

Confirm job start and completion via the my cleanerHUB workflow

Communicate promptly if delayed or unable to attend

Customer Experience

Maintain a professional and respectful manner at all times

Respect client homes, privacy and property

Deliver work in line with the agreed booking specification

Maintain consistent quality to support strong reviews and ratings

Platform Management

Keep availability up to date within the system

Accept or decline booking requests promptly via WhatsApp notifications

Manage holidays and unavailable dates in advance

Maintain accurate profile information, pricing and service listings
