This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our IT Support team. You will be responsible for providing a proactive and customer-focused IT hardware and software support to students and staff. You will act as 1st line support to deploy and troubleshoot IT desktop related problems.

There will be opportunities to expand your knowledge by assisting the IT Support team in carrying out hardware installations and IT systems support. You must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows desktop operating systems, software installation, along with practical problem-solving skills. Experience of working within a technical environment is essential.

You will have good general PC/Desktop troubleshooting skills, able to configure, maintain and administer Windows 10/11 operating system. With the ability and knowledge of Installation of industry standard software applications and Installation of hardware in various IT classroom, including manual handling.
