Cyber Security Focus – Sales on Commission ‑ During Probation.
Revenue Generation — Drive new business across cyber security services and solutions, focusing on high‑value opportunities such as assessments, managed services, vCISO, SOC, penetration testing, and AI‑security offerings.
GTM Execution — Execute targeted go‑to‑market initiatives for cyber products and services, aligning messaging with market demand, regulatory drivers, and emerging threat landscapes.
Lead Development & Prospecting — Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, and partnerships within the cyber and technology ecosystem.
Client Engagement & Advisory — Engage with senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO, COO) to understand their risk posture and position tailored cyber solutions that address business‑critical challenges.
Cyber Initiatives Promotion — Promote key initiatives such as security maturity uplift, compliance readiness (ISO 27001, CE+, SOC2), AI‑security frameworks, and incident readiness programmes.
Solution Positioning — Translate technical cyber capabilities into clear business value propositions that resonate with decision‑makers.
Pipeline & Performance Reporting — Provide weekly updates on cyber pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasted revenue during the probation period.
Contract Negotiation — Lead commercial negotiations for cyber engagements, ensuring profitable terms and long‑term client retention.
Market Expansion — Identify new sectors, regulatory shifts, and emerging cyber threats to open additional revenue channels.
Brand & Thought Leadership — Represent the organisation at cyber events, webinars, and industry forums to build credibility and visibility.
Probation KPIs — Achieve agreed‑upon cyber sales targets to transition from commission‑only to full compensation.
