Located within the prestigious Royal Opera House, the Piazza & Terrace Restaurant offers a vibrant dining experience in one of London’s most iconic cultural venues. With a focus on seasonal ingredients and quality-driven menus, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique hospitality setting.

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of this busy and high-profile restaurant. You will be a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently running service while maintaining exceptional standards and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service

• Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
• Maintain and drive high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
• Work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, and wider leadership team
• Implement effective training and development plans to support team growth
• Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care

About You- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume, premium restaurant environment

• Passionate about hospitality, with a hands-on approach to service
• Confident leading from the front and managing the floor
• Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Knowledge of quality food and beverage is highly desirable
