About this role

A great new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Care Assistant to work in an exceptional care home based in the Ellesmere Port, Merseyside area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a purpose-designed care environment, ideally suited to the pursuit of person-centred dementia care packages and offering staff who take pride in understanding each resident's needs

As a Care

Assistant your key duties include

• You will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well

• Supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing

• You’ll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role

• Previous care experience or experience of working with people

• To work as part of a team

• Ability to maintain all aspects of confidentiality

• Clear verbal communication skills

• To show sensitivity to the needs of older people

• Clear and concise written skills

The successful Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.79 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. We currently have both permanent full time and part time hours up to 44 hours. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
