Night Porter

As a night porter you will ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the hotel at night. You will be responsible for the satisfaction of all guests needs and will ensure all necessary reports for the hotel are completed. You will need to complete a minimum of 2 safety walks around the hotel. Any guests that arrive late you will need to check in and any guests leaving early you may need to check out. You may also be required to assist the operations department during the night time by preparing and dismantling room set ups for our conference and events department. You will have a good knowledge of the hotels facilities, and be confident when dealing with guest requests. Tasks will vary according to business demands.
