DO&CO - Host (Reception) - Hounslow

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Host (Reception) to work with a leading premium catering company in Hounslow. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Shift Patterns

* Any 5 days out of 7 on a rotational rota.

*

Rotating shifts

06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required by the business.

Pay Rates

* 13.50 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for

DO&CO - Host (Reception)

* Complete 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.

* Ability to pass a Basic DBS check and airside security clearance.

* No unspent convictions that would prevent security clearance.

* Long-term UK work rights (British Passport, ILR, or Settled Status).

* Ability to provide an HMRC employment history letter.

* Must be able to travel to the site within 40 minutes.

Skills and Qualifications for

DO&CO - Host (Reception)

* Previous experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, or administration.

* Experience working in a busy or fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Experience using visitor management or booking systems.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

* High attention to detail.
