Daniel Owen is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Reading team, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Working within our Trades & Labour division, you will recruit for a range of roles, building strong relationships with clients, helping them secure the talent they need.

Your Impact as a Recruitment Consultant

Client Relationships

Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify, develop and maintain client relationships.

Talent Sourcing

Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications, experience and career goals for temporary opportunities within the Trades & Labour sector.

Recruitment Support

Provide recruitment and administrative support, including maintaining databases and candidate profiles.

Temporary Recruitment

Support the team with temporary Trades & Labour recruitment, helping to match high-quality candidates to suitable roles.

Client Relationships

Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
