The Ealing Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Ealing Adult Autism Assessment Service (EAAAS) are looking for a senior administrator toprovidehighqualityadministrativesupportboth services. Thisincludes managing and processing referrals to both services and a range of administrativedutiesto support delivery of the teams’ objectives.

The role includes deputising for the Administration Team Lead as required. The post holder will be required to liaise with service users, carers, health professionals and team members, the post holder will ensure that an efficient, high standard of communication is carried out at all times.

The post holder will be required to communicate with people with Learning Disabilities, and Autistic people, therefore strong communication skills are essential.

· Deal with telephone enquiries from health professionals, services users, service userfamilies, carers and team members, some of whom are anxious or have cultural orlanguagedifficulties

· Provideinformationandadvicetoserviceusers,verballyand/or inwriting.

· ToactinaccordancewiththeServiceinprocessingnewreferrals.

Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedto

allocatingreferrals,inputtingdataintoappropriateplatforms,tocreate triageandactiontriageoutcomes asrequired.

· To assist with the allocation of patients and entering patient details into appropriatehealthcareprofessionals'diaries.

· To support an efficient and courteous ‘front of house’ reception service to all service users and visitors.

· Responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the site, for dealing with the general public and staff, reception, telephone work and correspondence

· Support the referrals management for both EAAAS and CTPLD
