Salaried GP

Provide high-quality general medical services to patients under the care of Akerman Medical Practice. Take clinical responsibility for an agreed care home caseload. Undertake a regular planned care home ward round. Provide flexible clinical support for care home queries and concerns arising during the working week. Undertake alternate Saturday clinical sessions as an integral part of the role. Provide both remote and face-to-face consultations according to the agreed rota. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team. Maintain high standards of clinical governance, prescribing, record keeping and patient safety. Contribute to the continued development and improvement of clinical services within the practice.
