An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established main dealer workshop in the Milton Keynes area. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

You’ll be working in a busy, professional workshop environment with access to excellent facilities, ongoing manufacturer training, and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for the successful

Vehicle Technician

• Provide advanced technical and diagnostic support, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and stay fully compliant with manufacturer training standards
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality and compliance standards at all times
• Ensure 100% adherence to vehicle health check processes
• Support the workshop team with complex repairs and diagnostics where required

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) – essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience inspecting, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification would be highly advantageous
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership environment preferred (but not essential)
