Where You’ll Be Working

The Hoop and Grapes has begun a thrilling new chapter. Our historic Farringdon pub, part of the fabric of the City for over three centuries, has reopened its doors for the first time in more than four years, following a major transformation.

Every detail has been carefully designed to showcase the pub’s rich heritage while reimagining it for modern London life.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the General Manager’s second-in-command, supporting in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
