About this role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Events Administrator to support the planning, administration, coordination, and successful delivery of a diverse programme of events across The Textile Institute.
Working closely with colleagues, committees, partners, and suppliers, you will coordinate events from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around two to three years' experience in event administration/coordination who is looking to develop their career within an international membership organisation.
Working as part of a small and supportive team, your role will be to lead the planning, administration and coordination of events aligned to the Institutes strategic plan, working closely with the Office Manager to ensure cost effectiveness of the events portfolio, including but not limited to the AGM, Awards Presentation, Conferences, Exhibitions, Parliamentary Lunch, Seminars, The Textile Institute World Conference, Short Courses, Tradeshows, and other events delivered by or in partnership with The Textile Institute.
