Senior Occupational Therapist

As our Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes. Taking a holistic approach, you will assess, plan and deliver personalised occupational therapy interventions that respond to patients’ physical, psychological, social and cognitive needs, promoting independence, enablement and quality of life wherever possible.

In this Senior Occupational Therapist role, you will work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, building meaningful relationships with patients, families and carers, using advanced communication skills to support people through challenging and sensitive situations. Alongside colleagues and external partners, you will help patients remain in their preferred place of care wherever possible
