Food and Beverage Supervisor

The role of a Food and Beverage supervisor includes but is not limited to

Ensuring that you and your team deliver the warmest welcome and friendly service to all our guests everyday. It is your job to help build and manage a team who put the guest at the heart of everything they do. You will help lead and develop a team who constantly deliver results and excel in guest relations.

Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager take responsibility for the management and performance of the department.

Supervise and manage the implementation of F&B standards and procedures.

Ensure all team members are fully trained in on job skills and support their personal development/career path

A confident demeanour, a friendly genuine smile and the ability to talk to customers from all walks of life are a must !
