Service Delivery Engineer Fixed Term

About this role

We're looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to ensure the timely, consistent and stable delivery of client implementations in our business. You will work closely with customers, customer success and development teams to build and configure client solutions. £27,500 p.a, fixed term until June 2027, hybrid working

As part of your role you will conduct training, education and coaching sessions with users to optimise the use of CPM solutions and reduce support escalations to the Service Delivery Team. You will also identify and implement ways to enable the Service Delivery Team to be more efficient through the improvement of processes and use of software tools.

You will ideally have

  • Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Entry or Intermediate level knowledge of Software platforms for Retail Execution or Contact Centre/CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential requirements for the role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Clear and concise communication and presentations skills
  • An active interest in Technology and AI.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented to jointly agreed requirements, quality standards and timescales
  • In conjunction with your Service Delivery Team colleagues, develop strategies, policies and best practice which optimise CPM processes and systems
