Up to £50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management and performance of the nursery
- Ensure outstanding standards of childcare and education
- Lead, develop, and manage nursery staff
- Maintain compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Manage occupancy, budgets, and parent relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent understanding of nursery operations and compliance
- Relevant childcare qualification
