Up to £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple nursery settings within the region
- Support Nursery Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
- Drive performance, occupancy, and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular site visits and audits
Requirements
- Previous multi-site nursery management experience
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- In-depth knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Ability to travel across the region
