Up to £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support several nursery branches within the assigned area
- Ensure high operational and childcare standards across all sites
- Support recruitment, staff development, and performance management
- Monitor compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple nursery settings
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Excellent understanding of nursery compliance and operations
- Relevant childcare qualification preferred
