Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Housing Sustainment Team to deliver effective housing retention and support services.
Develop and implement strategies to promote tenant sustainability and prevent homelessness.
Coordinate with external agencies, landlords, and service providers to facilitate comprehensive housing solutions.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with housing regulations, policies, and funding requirements.
Prepare and manage budgets related to housing sustainment programs and initiatives.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to senior management.
Resolve complex client issues by providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing teams within the housing or social services sector.
Strong knowledge of housing regulations, tenancy laws, and sustainment practices.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop staff.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders and community partners.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
