What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering one-to-one and small-group SEMH support
- Helping students develop resilience, confidence, and learning strategies
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to set and achieve EHCP targets
- Supporting classroom differentiation and managing emotional behaviour sensitively
- Leading bespoke interventions to promote emotional wellbeing and positive learning
- Acting as a key mentor and positive role model for vulnerable pupils
