We are working with one of the region’s leading Employment teams on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded practice.
The team advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing practical, commercially focused solutions to a diverse client base. This is an excellent role for an experienced employment lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, ambitious and specialist team. The Role As a Senior Associate, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality employment law advice while helping to develop client relationships and support the continued growth of the team.
In this role you will
- Advise on a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Work closely with clients to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
- Support senior colleagues on complex advisory, litigation and strategic employment work.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to business development activity and the continued growth of the practice.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team.
You will be a confident employment lawyer with strong technical ability, sound commercial judgement and a genuine interest in developing lasting client relationships.
You will have
- Strong experience across employment law matters, ideally including both advisory and contentious work.
- Excellent communication, drafting and client management skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to legal advice.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a recognised specialist team.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous.
