You will demonstrate excellent standards in teaching and learning, having worked with SEN pupils for at least 2 years. You will have strong knowledge of the English curriculum and know how to lead all departments in providing excellent English teaching to their classes as non-specialist teachers. You will be proactive in driving the English curriculum to ensure it continues to meet the needs of all learners and matches any developments from the DFE.
You will be an excellent role model to colleagues across the school and demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality.
Step into a role where every day is an opportunity to spark curiosity, ignite creativity, and shape futures!
