About this role

What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you a well organised, self-motivated individual with a range of practical skills? We are seeking a Site Manager to help manage the day-to-day running of our school site, ensuring it is safe, clean, and well maintained at all times. Both experienced applicants and those new to the role are welcome to apply to join our friendly and committed team. The role involves assisting with the management of the school buildings and grounds, carrying out essential health and safety checks, undertaking minor repairs, maintenance and decorating, supporting the cleaning team, and working flexibly to meet the needs of the school. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the site as a key holder and liaising with the Site Assistant to support the use of premises, including occasional out-of-hours arrangements.

The successful candidate will be practically minded, able to use DIY and maintenance skills effectively, and capable of working collaboratively. You should have strong organisational abilities, a proactive approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
