Retail Store Manager / Supervisor, Little Stoke

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager / Supervisor to support the day-to-day management of a busy retail convenience store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient store operations, supervising and developing the store team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and helping the business achieve its operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the day-to-day operation of the store.
• Supervise, support and develop store employees.
• Assist with staff rotas, attendance and operational planning.
• Monitor sales performance and store KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Manage stock availability, replenishment and inventory controls.
• Monitor waste, stock loss and shrinkage.
• Support cash-handling and store-control procedures.
• Maintain required operational, safety and compliance standards.
• Support promotional and commercial activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Prepare operational information and report store performance to senior management.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
