We are looking for an excellent Primary
Science & Computing Lead with
- Very high expectations of what can be achieved;
- Proven successful teaching and achievement of outstanding pupil progress with an understanding ofhow children learn and the complexities of this process;
- Experience of successful leadership skills or evidence of developing leadership skills at a primary,secondary or all-through school within a multicultural community;
- Knowledge of relevant developments and innovations in the primary curriculum and pedagogy toenhance school practice, pupil progress and standards of achievement;
- Knowledge of the current educational issues and characteristics of effective primary and/or secondaryschools and strategies for raising standards and the progress and achievement of all pupils;
- The skills to work successfully as a team member establishing effective working relationships and flexibleworking practices; contributing to high staff morale through the enthusiasm, drive and determination toinspire others and achieve the highest standards;
- Experience of following direction and working in collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils and theschool community;
- The ability to be kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos;
- The ability to be flexible, calm, work under pressure and manage change effectively.
