The ideal candidate will have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting and supporting pupils with SEND.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- A reflective approach to professional practice and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
