What skills and experience we're looking for
Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated SEN Teacher to join the team at Culloden Primary Academy from September 2026.
The Position
The successful applicant will be carrying out the professional duties of a teacher whilst undertaking any duties and tasks under the reasonable direction of the Principal and Assistant Principal, to include;
- planning and delivering lessons to pupils with communication and interaction needs
- assessing and monitoring the specific needs of the pupils with SEN
- working as part of a team to secure the best possible outcomes for pupils
What you will offer
The successful applicant will not need to have previous experience working in a SEN provision, but must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SEN. You will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent), be able to demonstrate knowledge of effective strategies to meet the specific communication needs of pupils with significant SEND, and must be able to plan lessons effectively for groups and all the pupils.
You will have successful teaching experience across primary, secondary or both. You will have strong subject knowledge in your own subject and also the ability to teach across other subject areas.
