This role will come with a class teaching responsibility and the successful candidate will also be part of the school senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will

  • Supporting the Headteacher in monitoring the appraisal policy, procedures and outcomes for staff in the school
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff as agreed with the Headteacher
  • To work be part of the SLT, Governors and Middle Leaders to work strategically to raise standards

The post holder will also undertake any professional duties of the Headteacher reasonably delegated to the post-holder by the Headteacher.
