Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the leadership of the Housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable guest rooms, high-performing teams and consistent service excellence throughout the hotel

The Person

An experienced housekeeping leader with a passion for luxury standards
Calm, confident and highly organised in a fast-paced environment
A supportive manager who coaches, develops and engages teams
Detail-driven with strong quality, productivity and commercial awareness
Adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused.

The Role

Support the Head Housekeeper in leading daily housekeeping operations
Drive consistent guest room and public area standards
Champion service excellence, productivity and engagement
Lead by example during peak operational periods
Support succession planning, training and departmental development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise room quality, cleanliness standards and operational delivery
Coach and develop housekeeping teams to achieve performance targets
Monitor productivity, costs and supplier performance
Respond proactively to guest feedback and quality issues
Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety and sustainability policies.
