Hays are recruiting for a Temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisor role for a leading international manufacturing business currently based in Oldham but relocating to Bredbury.

Your new role

Your new role will involve processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will liaise with internal departments to support smooth processes and provide updates to customers. You will organise meetings and welcome any on-site visitors.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need experience working in a fast-paced customer service role, a proactive working approach and a strong work ethic. A logistics or manufacturing background is preferred. A driving licence is essential for this role as initially the role will be based in Oldham and move to Bredbury later in the year.
