Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Asda Express team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to lead managers and ensure smooth daily operations within the office, handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Recording meeting minutes to ensure any actions are captured.
Manage meeting invites and agendas.
Coordinate communications to the wider team.
Support on key projects across Asda Express.
Data Entry and Reporting
Enter, update, and retrieve data in office databases and spreadsheets.
Generate reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
Customer Service
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, or other stakeholders promptly and professionally.
About you
Experience
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not essential.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
