EFCD Compliance Support Manager

About this role

Youll work closely with colleagues across estates and wider Trust teams, including senior managers and safety groups, to ensure compliance is understood, tracked and continuously improved. Youll need to have strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively. Youll be confident working with complex information, including legislation, policies and technical guidance, and able to communicate this clearly to a range of audiences. Youll bring experience of estates or building services compliance, ideally within a healthcare environment, along with a good understanding of relevant UK legislation, regulations and guidance such as Health Technical Memorandums. A relevant degree (or equivalent experience) is essential, and a qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be beneficial. Youll be comfortable working autonomously, while also contributing as part of a collaborative team, and youll be confident in influencing others and supporting continuous improvement in compliance and risk management practices.
