About this role
The role involves making breakfast, cooking and baking lunch and tea, from 8am to 6pm, excluding 1/2 hr for breaks, 2 days a week
Food is mostly cooked from fresh. Our clients are up to 30 elderly frail adults with differing food needs including swallowing difficulties & diabetes, Food will have to be made in differing textures to accommodate their needs. Food is prepared from a menu. the role will include a certain amount of cleaning-up and washing-up at the end of the day. A commercial dishwasher is provided.
