We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high-end, cutting-edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Service/Logistics Coordinator to join the team.

What you'll be doing

Engineer Scheduling
Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning.

Logistics Coordination
Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high-value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team.

Customer Support
Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service-related issues.

Problem Solving
Reacting quickly when plans change.

Collaboration
Working closely with the internal sales and operational teams to keep the day-to-day business running like clockwork.
What we are looking for

Proven Experience
A solid background in service coordination, dispatch, hire desk control, or transport logistics. Experience dealing with field-based engineers, technicians, or drivers would be highly desirable.

Top-Tier Communication
An excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.

Tech Savvy
Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal scheduling/operational software.
